About Us The Cobblestone community consists of 35 townhomes, each with a unique floorplan, located in the Raintree Lake development in the southern most area of Lee's Summit, Missouri. The first units were built in early 1980s and the final units completed in 1996. Cobblestone is a "maintenance provided" community, providing for basic services like weekly trash/recycle pickup, snow removal, lawn service, front area plantings and upkeep and exterior painting just to name a few. As a resident of the Raintree Lake community, all the benefits afforded its members including use of the lake for boating and fishing as well as use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, common areas, and access to the clubhouse is at your disposal. Our annual meeting in July brings all homeowners together to discuss current events, elect new board members and enjoy dinner with our neighbors.
